The disease can be symtom and asymtomatic.  Signs to look for:

* Code words/Hatter ass comments (I.e. I wish I had what you had. Why this person can get it and I can't.  You have a large house, you doing it big, you don't need anything, this  is why you can't find a man.  You aren't needy enough)
* Talking behind your back like they are in high school...
* Being mean to somone close to you to salt their game...
* Keeping their distance and speaking in the wind...

You know you are jealous when:
* You bite off the next person...
* You can't stand to be around someone doing something positive in their life.
* You try to get ahead by fucking over and using others.
* You shit on your friends.

* Focus on you not others.
* Work harder to achieve your goals.
* Remain positive and optomistic and aim high...you can do it.
